Terrabrooks passing of the Baton to Club Corp. to take over the Arrowcreek golf course is still unfolding by the minute. 

They would like to include a lease rental with the Arrowcreek Residence Club. Simply speaking; they are going to sell limited sport type of memberships in exchange for some perks/trade offs. 

As an Arrowcreek Homeowner, I am looking forward to the clubhouse being remodeled, a personal trainer and staff there and mostly not having to pay every month to use the Arrowcreek Golf Clubhouse as a social member/food minimums etc.  

It will be nice to see the Arrowcreek Residents socializing with the Arrowcreek Golf Club Members again and a higher turnover of food in the Golf Club restaurant.  (I have a thing for slow restaurants and fresh food, please forgive me).  This should help in the Us (Homeowners) verses Them (Golfers) mentality that many golf club communities have.

On the other hand, as an Arrowcreek Homeowner and a Realtor-Businessman, I know that communication/outreach is key. 

The biggest problem quite frankly in my opinion is the lack of communication.  I am not sure who the blame that one on or if I would even want to go there. 

Many Arrowcreek property owners and even the Arrowcreek Homeowners Board somewhat have had little information and very short time frames in this matter.

As you will see, the deadline has been extended from June 30 to August 29, 2008 but not soon enough to stop the stress, rushing around and concerns this has caused.  The sub groups that are reviewing this (lease agreement for Residence Club) are in overdrive and doing a great job.
