Club Corp tells Arrowcreek Homeowners “We’ll Pass”

It appears Club Corp Golf Holdings who is preparing to take over the Arrowcreek golf course just said no to Leasing the Arrowcreek Homeowners Associations recreation center.Â
 I am not sure if it was all of the questions, overly concerned Arrowcreek Homewoners and yet more possible Arrowcreek lawsuits or what that was the straw or a combination of this etal.

June 24, 2008  Dear Fellow ArrowCreek Country Club Members  ClubCorp advised the Advisory Board today that they are no longer pursuing an agreement with the ArrowCreek Home Owners Association regarding the use of the Residents Center by non-resident members.  The June 30th deadline still remains in effect and will require an extension of the Settlement Agreement by al l fifteen of the litigants and the various ownership entities.  In the interim, Club Corp will continue to pursue negotiations with Terrabrook.  As further details become known we will keep you informed.  The Advisory Board ArrowCreek Country Club |
