The Litigants have agreed (in concept) to settle the lawsuits.  This will allow the new buyer to proceed.

Keep in mind that there is still a ton of diligence to be done and like all transactions, it is still in its infancy, this gets it rolling, let’s cross our fingers:

This settlement when signed by all parties will remove the condition that was required before the sale of the Club to Golden Gate Golf could move forward.
