OK, here it is, just as we expected, they extended the tax credit, this should help ease the crowding of the Reno REO “buyers bus”. Maybe this will allow some buyers with “bank owned breath” to get their dream Reno bank owned, Reno foreclosed home.Â

Here in Northern Nevada, those situations are becoming more and more prevalent. I’ve put together the following information for anyone who may want to know exactly how long the wait will be.
