The one ski area around Tahoe that has the highest driest spring skiing conditions and is home to the steepest lift serviced runs (and the most) in the world closed almost two weeks ago with good winter skiing and packed parking lots for the last three weekends they were open.

A discussion arises occasionally why the Reno commercial, Reno Industrial, Reno office, Reno Income Property etc. hasn’t had such a swift large correction as the Reno foreclosed homes and Reno foreclosed condos that started correcting around 3 years ago.

One of the social media tools I use to monitor activity in real estate, my name, my companies name, competitors, social networking, skiing, fishing etc. is Google alerts. You basically go to Google Alerts and input the keywords that you want to be notified about and how often.
