Reno Homeowner’s in foreclosure may get even more free living, will we see foreclosed homes in Reno again?

After passing of AB 284 which took effect in October and brought Reno notice of defaults from 500-600 a month to around 8, Homeowner’s just got another hall pass for free living starting this month. Still not sure of the impact of hardly any if at all foreclosed homes in Reno to buy at the court house steps and the Reno REO-bank owned listing agents will have with this.
