This just came in from Northern Nevada Business Weekly (NNBW)
Home sales
The number of home-sale transactions in Washoe County during September was up 44 percent from the same month last year, the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors says. The median sales price of $186,000 was down 22 percent from a year earlier.
