Here is a 2010 ArrowCreek homes revisit and update of active homes on the market. As you can see, some of the ArrowCreek custom homes are down close to 70%, but the good news is that the ArrowCreek semi-custom homes are down around 30-50%. This makes for a wonderful move-up opportunity or the semi-custom home owners.Â

Below is the comparable market analysis detailing the sold homes in 2009 for ArrowCreek homes. You will see that there were approximately 64 total sales in the beautiful ArrowCreek golf course community (not including those that may be pending now) with a high sale of $1,695,000 and a low of $339,000. The average time on the market was 201 days, [...]

This just came in from Northern Nevada Business Weekly (NNBW)
Home sales
The number of home-sale transactions in Washoe County during September was up 44 percent from the same month last year, the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors says. The median sales price of $186,000 was down 22 percent from a year earlier.
