Breaking News…Reno foreclosure eviction leads to Reno Homeowner blowing up house

I just happened to be showing Reno Lakeridge area homes in when we looked up and saw smoke; a Homeowner facing a Reno foreclosure eviction had some type of bomb and made an explosion which led to a Reno foreclosure fire-explosion. I have heard of Contractor’s lightning (burn down for insurance proceeds) but never a Reno foreclosure fire-explosion for somebody facing a Reno foreclosure. The area was converged on by SWAT, Reno P.D. Sheriffs, NHP and I could swear I saw the Orkin guy respond also LOL.

They don’t call us the “Biggest Little Foreclosure City In The World”, for nothing; this is in a gated golf course area called Lakeridge Shores, it is on my You Tube Channel if you would like to see the area. Here is the latest off of the newsfeed regarding this Reno foreclosure explosion: http://www.nevadaappeal.com/article/20100720/NEWS/100729993/1070&ParentProfile=1058

Some Brocat tweeted me earlier after this blog post hit Twitter and said “hey Dude, that video was made in the fall”. I responded in much the same way herewith:

Finally some back up of what I have been saying for years if your home is in foreclosure

Look, if you are in foreclosure, don’t move, I repeat, don’t move.  Why go out and pay rent?  This is your home and you are a victim of one of the worst foreclosure towns in the world, this generally is not your fault.

Disclosure: I am not advising doing this, I am just observing and reporting of how I have seen the game played to the Homeowners advantage during-after a Reno Foreclosure.

What To Know About Property Auctions

People ask me if it is possible to get a home at a Reno home auction. The answer is maybe. If you can go to a few in advance and get the flavor/seasoning similar to how I recommend bidding at the court house steps, not much different. You do your due diligence, hope not to [...]
